Healing Artistry is an innovative holistic company that places importance on the mind, body and soul of all individuals. We are ready to undertake the work needed for self-discovery for personal growth and recovery. A transformative process in which people's physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual and social wellbeing are improved.
We also strives for racial equity which is promoted in our company mission. Black, Indigenous and people of colour (BIPOC) and white people are welcomed, respected and valued as equals. In our day-to-day interactions, programmes and operations we promote equity and endeavour to intercept any inequality patterns and behaviours whether unconscious or intentional. Healing Artistry also incorporates the intersections of racial and social justice as well as LGBTQIA movements at the core of our mission to promote unity, togetherness and belonging as human beings.
Healing Artistry is a limited company that makes profit, and therefore will donate twenty percent of our profit to charities who demonstrate or are working towards building racial equity within their organisation.
Dr. Yvonne Williams is the founder and director of Healing Artistry LTD
Dr. Williams, the founder and director of Healing Artistry set up this company as a result of her own lived experiences mental health issues, racism, discrimination and lack of belonging. Dr. Williams is a transformational speaker who promotes diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. She believes in authenticity and vulnerability. Using aspects of her own lived experiences, not only helps normalise many peoples lived experiences, it has helped empower and motive employees to take the necessary steps in making changes to their lives.
Dr. Williams received her PhD from University of Leeds. Her PhD research analyses the impact of systemic racism on mental health using a qualitative method of Heuristic Hermeneutics Phenomenlogical Inquiry and design that redress power and control in order to empower, re-build confidence, self-esteem and self-worth in black participants.
Dr Williams is also a BACP accredited psychotherapist with over 15 years experiences working with people from both corporate and public sector. In addition, Dr Williams is also a qualified Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner, and a provider for AXA, AVIVA, BUPA, WPA and VitalityHealth insurances.
Dr. Williams, also known as TC Smith (artist name) is the executive producer and writer of the short film, The Conversation, produced last year. It depicts systemic racism and has been shown in universities and venues in South London. Click below trailers.
In 2019 Dr. Williams collaborated with the Human Life Center: Dreaming, Trauma And Seeds For Future To Come in Malmo, Sweden. An intersection of international artist form LGBTQ, POC and white backgrounds, together and individually we created performances addressing inequalities regarding race, gender, class and sexuality. I created an interactive performance with a theatre audience called, The Effects Of White Privileges and performed it in the Inkonst theatre.
Also in 2019 Dr. Williams received a scholarship to attend Urban Bush Women (UBW) Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) in New York City dance studios. A programme for activists, leaders, innovators who stand in solidarity to fight for racial justice through storytelling, African dance/movement, music and singing.

Donna Shaikh
Donna Shaikh is head of partnerships responsible for building relationships within the community, and focuses on stakeholder management and engagement to ensure timely reporting and necessary intelligence gathering. In addition, Donna supports the directors with the day to day administration of the business.
